When doing a Probate or Trust Sale, many times there is lots more to do then just selling the house. Many times I help the executor or successor trustee, move items into or out of the house, ship items to next-of-kin, get things set up for the family to come through to determine what they want. Each family's needs are different. If I can help them by taking something off their plate, I do. It may be overseeing the moving of items or helping on pick-up day after an auction.
